We begin processing all confirmed orders received by 1PM West on the same business day (Monday-Friday excluding US holidays).

Second Business Day: I2 business days-$20.00
Next Business Day: EOD next business day-$28.00
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam are shipped Standard via UPS. In-stock items will arrive in 4-8 business days after your order is processed. FREE
Pre order items (not in stock items) will arrive in 8 weeks approximately depending on the brand.
All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are shipped Standard via UPS. In-stock items will arrive in 5-7 business days after your order is processed; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days. FREE
Returns
If you are not delighted with a HAREBELL purchase, we make it easy for you to return it.
At the moment, we do not have free returns and exchanges. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and the refund issued will be only for the product cost.
You can return any item to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
We only accept unworn merchandise with the original tags attached.
Please note that the processing of online returns may take up to 5 business days after the return has been received. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.
Merchandise returned after 30 days will be issued a HAREBELL gift card.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization emitted by HAREBELL’s team. Kindly submit a request to support@harebellshop.com providing your purchase ID and order number.
In case of a defective item, attach photographs of the product’s defects for early action on your request. We process all such exchanges for FREE.
